Much-needed repairs to this website mean there will be very little in terms of new posts for a while yet. But I have a new video here, which, as explained below, comes in TWO distinctly different parts.
The first part is the opening chapter of my book The Gentle Traditionalist (first 29 minutes).
After that a VERY DIFFERENT section of rather more personal commentary follows.
I not only say a little of myself – where I am in this mad new world of 2020 – but I also offer some reflections on: the Catholic Mystery, the dehumanisation of our corporate, computerised society, as well as the hope of Saints and Angels interceding for us.
Other themes in the video include Catholic Ireland and France, the Latin Mass, Catholic conversion, the New Age Movement and the love of Christ and Our Lady.
The second part also features a lot of gorgeous medieval Gothic imagery to overlay my voice . . .

Dear Roger Buck,
I hope all is well; may Our Lord always be with you in these times of trial, and may you have the peace of God.
I am a Christian in Sweden who has appreciated your blog after I found it some time ago. My family lived briefly in Ireland a decade ago and we do love that magical island.
I would like to write you an email, but found no contact information on your blog. Maybe you can reply to this comment by sending me an email, so I get your address?
Yours sincerely, Jonathan
